The Process
Create Profile
Define your type of residence and dimensions so we know what services you may need season to season. The more detail you provide the better quality bids you will receive. Only information you mark as public will be shared with potential bidders.
Request Bids
Once your task list is complete, add details (ex: room dimensions); pictures; videos; links to inspiration photos; project start date; max bidder count and other relevant information that you define once and is shared with all interested contractors.
Select Contractor
Once you are happy with a bid, you work with the contractor to form a contract using the submitted bid while leveraging badabids for change orders and project logging.
Build Your List
Through an interactive task list builder, you select from a graphical representation of your home or apartment what services are needed. Every home is the same - they all need repairs, upgrades and installations at some point. Your task list allows you to receive a bid for a wide variety of services - from raking leaves to installing a fence.
Review Bids
As contractors submit their bids, you will receive notifications to review their proposal. The proposals use a standard format that define the desired services, estimated pricing, assumptions and contractor information such as similar past work and references.
Repeat
Leverage your profile to request new services or re-use an old bid request for repeat services such as raking leaves each fall.
